1 General Terms & Introduction

• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register on kag99. Date of birth is verified at registration, and in cases of doubt, you may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Registering under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited, and any such account found will be closed immediately.

Parents and guardians are urged to ensure that kag99 and other gaming platforms are not accessible on devices used by minors. We are committed to keeping underage users away from gaming.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kag99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements, which must be reviewed before claiming any offer.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is applicable once per account.
• Each bonus must be claimed within a specified time frame — it will expire once the deadline passes.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 15–30x.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account and bonus will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on kag99 run on a third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system. Every game outcome is entirely random and not predetermined. Neither kag99 nor any of its staff can alter game results.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the bet may be voided.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• In Live Games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Use of bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• In Sports Betting, bets cannot be changed or cancelled once a match has started.

7 Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kag99. Any violation of these terms will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Money Laundering: Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds through illegal means.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to profit by violating bonus terms.
• Collaborative Cheating: Gaining unfair advantages through multiple accounts or by colluding with other users.
• Hacking: Attempting to bypass or compromise the platform's security systems.
• False Claims: Providing false information about wins or losses.
• VPN Abuse: Accessing the platform via VPN from a restricted region.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Kag99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without notice under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any clause of the Terms & Conditions.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended inactivity (12 months) — account balance is retained in this case.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

To voluntarily close your account, please contact Customer Support. Make sure to complete all pending withdrawals before closure. Any remaining balance in a closed account can be recovered by following the designated process.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Information collected at registration is used solely for account management.

Kag99 is not liable for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to the user's internet connection issue.
• If the user shares their account credentials with another person.
• If loss or damage occurs due to third-party software or malware.
• If service is disrupted due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

11 Terms Update & Notice

Kag99 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered mobile number or email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
